NEW LIBERTY III is a copper
sculpture that was originally designed and accepted as a gift for Spain
honoring friendship and interaction between Florida, Costa Rica , and
Spain. Following the tragic event of 9/11 in New York; it was decided to
place the work in Florida and the sculpture was installed and dedicated in
2002 on the campus of Gulf Coast Community College in Panama City ,
Florida.
This sculpture continues to symbolically represent positive interaction between cultures and it is to be dedicated to Friendship, and Interaction among nations with special respectful note of positive interaction between Florida, Spain, and Costa Rica.
